About the role:

Think of yourself as the guardian of the end-to-end product experience, designing and refining the systems that power how drivers, fleet managers, and maintenance teams connect.

You aren't just sketching pretty interfaces; you’re tuning the engine, streamlining the aerodynamics, and ensuring every touchpoint feels like a precision-engineered drive.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to navigate problem spaces and influence our long-term product strategy with high-octane user insights.

• Lead the research test track, synthesising customer feedback into clear, actionable opportunities that keep us ahead of the curve.

• Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, seamless user flows that handle every edge case like a pro-level suspension system.

• Drive end-to-end design delivery, ensuring robust information architecture across multi-step, cross-platform journeys.

• Use high-fidelity prototypes and storytelling to align the crew, facilitating workshops that turn ambiguity into a clear line of sight.

• Steer rigorous usability and accessibility standards to every component, ensuring our experience is inclusive for every user.

• Identify risks and dependencies before they become roadblocks, keeping our design delivery on the fast track.

About you:

• You’ve got proven mileage in SaaS environments, moving beyond simple execution to actively shaping product strategy and direction.

• You don’t guess; you test. You have experience running discovery phases and translating raw data into high-impact, shipped outcomes.

• You understand the mechanics of AI. Knowing its limitations, risks, and ethical corners while using AI tools to accelerate your workflow and iterate at speed.

• You have an elite level of craft, with a sharp eye for UX, interaction design, and visual polish that sets the industry standard.

• You navigate stakeholder management with ease, using prototypes and storytelling to keep the entire crew aligned.

• You have a growth mindset, constantly seeking feedback and experimenting with new methodologies to sharpen your strategic edge.

• You look past the surface-level dents to find the systemic issues, questioning assumptions to uncover the true root cause of a problem.

• You hold an extremely high bar for quality, ensuring every pixel and transition is balanced for peak performance.
